Ken Jenne kept guns on Broward streets to make the Broward Sheriff's Office crime statistics look good. 

Now those guns may be re-appearing to kill cops

Sworn Testimony by BSO employees reveal corruption at the highest levels:

  BSO Detective John Berrena obstructed justice by withholding evidence:
   
• BSO Detective John Berrena removed 2 pages of evidence but was stupid enough to put back 3.  BSO Detective John Berrena removed all evidence listed in the CHAIN OF CUSTODY for BSO Case #BS97-8-7985 from the BSO Property Room.  The evidence was documented in a 2 page CHAIN OF CUSTODY. Detective John Berrena removed evidence for his Timeshare friend, Scott Bagwell.  Detective John Berrena then put back the evidence described in the original 2 page CHAIN OF CUSTODY, plus additional, heretofore unknown, un-logged evidence that he had personally withheld since 1997.  The evidence in this discrepancy had to be assigned a 1999 case number, ACE# 99-1128.

According to his own employees, Jenne's policies discouraged BSO deputies from taking police reports like the one against a theft ring in Jenne's own Pompano Beach jurisdiction.

A nearby merchant reported seeing several boxes of guns being loaded into the trunk of a car by workers from this unlawful towing operation.

Their Corporation had been dissolved by the State in the 1990's

They listed their corporate address as the legitimate business next door.

I discovered that Broward County had wrongfully placed several liens against the neighboring property, and notified the neighboring business owners.

This band of thieves carried no insurance.

The City Of Pompano Beach listed the property they occupied as a VACANT FIELD.  I notified their comptroller of the situation.

These Racketeers paid no taxes.

Sheriff Ken Jenne's "STATISTICS" would suffer, so no report was taken by BSO in their own Pompano Beach jurisdiction.

I spent my own money, and filed papers of incorporation to put these people out of business.

These thugs were aided by Ken Jenne's policies, put in place to make himself look good, according to the testimony of his own deputies. 

It is unknown how many stolen, unregistered, guns were put in the hands of felons on Broward streets, to be used to shoot cops and civilians.
